Here’s how the guarantee works:
- If you choose to utilize our comprehensive three year savings insurance and extended warranty coverage option we will initiate a very simple underwriting process.
- The first step is to conduct a simple energy analysis of your property and HVAC systems. Based on our analysis, we’ll project the amount you’ll save with the EYEPOWER Solution, and show you the ROI we will guarantee and insure.
- We will conduct a comprehensive audit of the electrical equipment on your property. Once the audit is completed we will submit the ROI evaluation and electrical audit to an independent third party insurer for underwriting. Upon installation of the system, they’ll issue an insurance policy that will guarantee and insure your projected energy savings.
- You’ll save the amount we project you’ll save, or you’ll receive a check from the insurance company for the difference at the end of the year for a period of three years.*
